A menstrual cup is a small, bell-shaped cup that can be inserted into the vagina to collect menstrual blood during the period. Unlike other products, it doesn't absorb the blood, instead, it collects it and you dispose of it every few hours.
Made of medical-grade silicone each cup is reusable, safe and hygienic . It can be worn for up to 6–12 hours before it needs to be removed, emptied and washed. Anyone with a heavier menstrual flow may need to empty their cup more frequently.
Simply empty the cup, wash it with soap and water, and insert it again. Menstrual cups are eco-friendly and cheaper in the long run.
